Data-driven, Powerful Process Modeling
Business process modeling includes a critical set of skills and processes that enable people to understand, communicate, measure, and manage the primary components of business processes. Process components specify the properties, behavior, purpose, and other elements of the business process. Process modeling tools capture and catalogue process components and the associated data with each component to organize, analyze, and manage an organization’s portfolio of processes.
When driven as an enterprise architecture initiative, process modeling extends the scope to capture and inter-link all other organizational concepts such as technology, people, data, locations, products, services, etc.. This establishes meaningful relationships between the entities and also provide actionable information for strategic decision-making.
Depending on the needs, we work with different business process modeling tools. From simple stand-alone tools that have basic capabilities for process definition and analysis, to enterprise architecture suites with extended features that powerfully contribute to the creation of performance-enhancing, data-driven business process solutions.
