Process Standards, Notation and Guidelines

We help define standards and best practices for process modelling and design, including industry-standard modelling notations such as BPMN, TOGAF, EPC, etc, publication standards, process analytics templates, dashboard layouts, etc.

Process Library and Frameworks

We help identify the process hierarchy and relevant artifacts that constitute the end-to-end value chain of processes, and apply standard classification frameworks such as APQC, Activity Model, etc. to establish an enterprise-wide process library.

Process Systems and Tools
